The ICA Smart Services Portal provides various services related to visa, passport and others. You can check your overstay fine in UAE online by visiting the ICA Smart Service Portal and entering a few important details.

The people whose UAE visa was issued by GDRFA Dubai, should check the first method shared above. All other people should follow the step-by-step process I am going to share below.

1. Go to ICA Smart Services Official Website Portal.
2. Click on “Public Services” to open relevant page.
3. Type Fine in the search bar to find Overstay Fine option.
4. Click on “Start Service” in FINES – PAY FINES – VIOLATIONS OF ENTRY PERMISSIONS OR RESIDENCES – PAY NEW FINE.
5. Select the module as File Number or Citizen of Certain Countries. Here I choose “Citizen of Certain Countries” option.
6. Enter your passport number and passport type.
7. Provide your date of birth and current nationality info.
8. Tick “I’m not a robot” and click on Search button.
9. Your overstay fine amount will be shown on your screen.

How to Pay Overstay Fine in UAE Online

The ICA Smart Services Portal allows you to check how much overstay fine you need to pay. In addition, you can use it to pay your overstay fine in UAE online. You can do it by going through the steps given below.

1. Go to ICA Smart Services Portal and follow 1 to 9 steps given above in second method.
2. Now, select your relation with sponsor and click on Next button.
3. Check each detail in your application review, make sure that all details are correct.
4. Click on Next again to open last page.
5. Enter your mobile number verify it with a one time password (OTP).
6. Enter your debit card or credit card details and make payment.
7. You have successfully paid the overstay fine in UAE.

The Overstay Fine mentioned above does not include the service fees and charges taken by UAE Federal Authority. You need to pay the full amount of overstay fine with applicable service fees/charges at the time of payment.

How to Pay UAE Overstay Fine Offline

You can pay UAE overstay fine offline at any typing center or immigration office. You can also pay your overstay fine at ports, airports, entry points and border crossings.
