Step 1: Go to Etihad WE Web Portal
Open a web browser and go to Etihad Water and Electricity official website @www.etihadwe.ae. If the website appears in Arabic language, you can click on English option given in upper part of the screen to change the language.
Step 2: Select View and Pay Bill under Services
On Etihad WE portal homepage, select Services section and click on View and Pay Bill to go to FEWA bill payment service page.
Step 3: Enter FEWA Account Number and Mobile Number
Here you need to provide your FEWA Account Number and Registered Mobile Number in the first and second boxes respectively. Kindly enter your FEWA Account No. correctly and the mobile number that is linked to your FEWA Account.
Step 4: Enter Email Address and Captcha Code
Now, provide your Email Address on which you will receive the FEWA bill payment receipt after the payment is successful. You should also enter the Captcha code as shown in the picture.
The email address box is optional, you can leave it empty if you want but I recommend you to provide your email to receive the confirmation email from Etihad WE about your bill payment transaction.
