1. Go to Dubai Health Authority official website @www.dha.gov.ae.
2. On the home page, select Services for Individuals.
3. Scroll down and click on [2] to go to page 2.
4. Find and click on Issuance of Medical Record Number (MRN) to continue.
5. Read the service description and click on Access This Service.
6. If you have a DHA Account then login with username & password or select Login with UAE PASS.
7. If you do not have a DHA Account then select Register option to create your account.
8. After login, select Create MRN option, enter your Emirates ID Number.
9. Provide your personal info and upload required documents.
10. Submit the details to create your MRN Number online.
11. Save your MRN Number for future use.
